Entering the living-room one finds two windows and a window/door leading to the terrace. In the living room there is:
- The kitchenette with gas-oven, gas-stoves, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee machine (Italian and USA/German) and dishwasher.
- Table for six person and satellite TV.
- Two armchairs plus a sofa bed (two single bed or one double bed).
From dining-room there is a corridor where on the right there is a bathroom with a washing machine and a window looking out over the sea.
In the bed-room there is a double bed, a single bed, a cot and a wardrobe. The double bed can be divided in two single beds.
The furniture is made of pine. The white floor plus the furniture give light to the apartment. This room also contains the connecting door to Apt. Murex, the two apartments can be rented together.
The balcony is equipped with wrought iron chairs and stone table and a large umbrella.
During winter months the apartment is centrally heated.
During the summer months there is air conditioning.
Parking is possible in the roads around the building or in a fenced garden 300 mt. away.
The free sandy beach in front of the apartment is very big and, in summer months to the north are umbrella and deckchair hire and to the south the beach belongs to a hotel where one can use the pool and other facilities on payment. One has access directly on to the beach from the buildings basement level, where there is also an outside shower.
