This apartment in on the ground floor on the south side of the house.
The main difference between this apartment and the others is that having no architectural barriers and the bathroom equipped for the disabled apt. E is suitable for the disabled. During winter months the apartment is centrally heated.
From the garden on the east side one enters the living room, in front of this entrance there is a table and chairs for outside dining, an outside shower and a B-B-Q. Inside the house on the left is the cooking area with oven, burners, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Opposite the kitchen are a table and chairs for inside dining.
In the living room there is a sofa bed accommodating 2 people (either as a double bed or two single beds), and a satellite TV.
From the living room one enters the bedroom which has a double bed and a single bed and a cot, from the bedroom one has access the bathroom and shower.
In the living room there is a communicating door to the other ground floor apartment, should the two be rented together. The large garden provides ample parking space.
