Apartment Azalea.
This apartment is one of three in an independent villa in the pinewood by the sea. There is ample parking space.
This first floor apartment sleeps 8 to 11 people. It is about 100 sq. meters with a 50 sq. meters terrace. There are three entrances, 2 from the garden into the living room and one from the garden into the terrace and from there into the kitchen. The apartment is well equipped for cooking. There is a gas cooker and oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, Italian and German coffee machines and toaster. There is also a washing machine. You can access the large living-room from the kitchen where there is a fire place, a dining area for eight people and a smaller lounge area furnished with chairs a wicker-work sofa. There is a double sofa bed. There is satellite television. From the living room we access to a corridor leading to bedrooms. The first (on the left) is a room with bunk beds (2) and a large wardrobe, then a bedroom with double bed and a cot, further on a double bed plus single bed and in-suite bathroom with shower. At the end of the corridor there is a large bathroom with shower. Along the corridor a double sofa-bed can alternatively become two singles bed if required. A cot is available.
The apartment's furniture are all in Swedish pine. The terrace has a iron gazebo with a large stone table that seats 12 people, and there are four sun beds. In the garden is an external hot shower and B-B-Q. During winter months the apartment is centrally heated.
