The villa is at Marina di Castagneto Carducci (LI) in a secular pine forest with about 1200 sq.m. of a private fenced garden and is about 300 meters from the sea. It has two floors and the apartments are all well furnished; on the first floor there is apartment A which is 100 sq.m. + a 50 sq.m. terrace, on the ground floor are situated apartments B and C, both are 50 sq.m. and can be intercommunicating upon request. The house is built on a dune and therefore each apartment has it's own separate garden.
Barbecue and plenty of parking space.

Our guests are also entitled to make use of another beach approx. 1000 m. to the north in Marina di Castagneto, accessible via Vacanze Toscanas private property.
