Renting one of these properties will entitle you to the use of our private sand dunes that are north of Marina di Castagneto. This is an area of about 10,000 sq.m. along the coast, a part of which is a fenced in botanical garden with plants, flowers and dune vegetation with an educational nature trail. Our aim is to protect and preserve these plants that are partially threatened with extinction.

The villa is at Marina di Castagneto Carducci (LI) in a secular pine forest with about 1200 sq.m. of a private fenced garden and is about 300 meters from the sea. It has two floors and the apartments are all well furnished; on the first floor there is apartment A which is 100 sq.m. + a 50 sq.m. terrace, on the ground floor are situated apartments B and C, both are 50 sq.m. and can be intercommunicating upon request. The house is built on a dune and therefore each apartment has it's own separate garden.
