The villa is on the top of a small hill in a chestnut woods in Valcanina, at Via Campagna Sud n.62/63 in Sassetta (LI) in a 2000 sq. m. park.
The house is 500 m. a.s.l., 800 m. from the village of Sassetta and 12 km. from the seaside at Marina di Castagneto, rendering it ideal for a completely relaxing holiday. The ambient temperature is always 3 to 4 ° less than on the plain.
The house has just been refurbished to a very high standard, the floors are in a light tile throughout, kitchens and bathrooms included. The fixtures and fittings are of a high standard, in harmony with the surroundings.
From all the apartments the view towards east stretches across the "Pian delle vigne" plains to the villages dotted across the rolling tuscan hills.
The house consists of three apartments which, for convienience sake we have called D, E and F, one on the first floor (3 rooms + bathroom) and two on the ground floor (each with 2 rooms + bathroom). E and F the two apartments on the ground floor can be combined into one large apartment G

In addition to the numerous beaches in the area our guests are also entitled to make use of a beach at the northern end of Marina di Castagneto, accessible via Vacanze Toscanas private property.
